Olympic countdown begins

The Royal Mint has marked the three year countdown to the London Olympics with the first in an annual series of four new commemorative ‘3,2,1’ coins. The £5 coin features a design that echoes the angular shapes of the 2012 logo, and celebrates the sport of swimming, as well as featuring a number three and a ticking clock.
